This is an educational communication activity, not an assessment, therapy or feeding programme. Stop if the child shows distress. Pain, illness, swallowing, choking, allergy, nutrition, growth or significant participation concerns need appropriate professional advice.

What this activity can—and cannot—do
It can help make choices visible and prompt one practical adjustment. It cannot identify the cause of distress, establish a sensory profile or replace advice from professionals who know the child.
